When calling or emailing her please be ready to provide the following information:

  • Transaction IDs for the 2 or more charges you are seeing
    • This could be a copy of your bank statement 
    • This could be a copy of your PayPal Statement
  • Which transaction they are applying against on the Liberty Broadband side.
